Q: Will my property appear differently in the MLS when using flat fee MLS with Seller IQ vs. a traditional broker?

A: No, the listing will appear identical to any other property listing in the MLS. However, if a buyer finds your property on one of the public MLS sites such as mysibor.com or realtor.com, they will call our toll free number and be prompted to enter the 4 digit property id number (extension) assigned to your property (located in the public remarks section of the listing). The call will then be transfered to you directly, saving you 100% of the commission if they buy your property.

Q: Will my leads be shared with your company or any other company?

A: Never, that is why we don't work with buyers. Our loyalty is with our sellers and we wanted them to rest assured there is no competition between us. Only if you have sold your home using our products and/or services will we work with you on your purchase. We do not work with outside buyers, period. This is offered as a convenience to our sellers and as a way for us to save them even more money. If we find you a home, we will refund 50% of our commission earned (up to $2500) to you at closing. Also, we are not affiliated with any third party companies so your personal information will never be shared with anyone.
